As Health NCP, our main role consists in helping potential applicants of Horizon Europe in the Health Sector to access the different EU programme opportunities. We inform and advise you on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) on the preparation, application and implementation of European research and innovation projects. Our advisory service is free of charge, confidential and available to all employees of German institutions.

Our services:

We are the main structure to provide guidance, practical information and assistance on different aspects of Horizon Europe, the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation of the European Union. Our central services are information, individual counselling on Horizon Europe Health cluster as well as Cluster- and theme-specific updates. Thanks to our close cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the European Commission, we can provide you with up-to-date, comprehensive and forward-looking information on Horizon Europe and the associated political developments. Our team supports you in the thematic assignment of your project idea to the programme and during all further phases of application as well as project implementation.

• We support you in identifying the European funding opportunities in the field of Health that are suitable for you.
• We inform you about current and upcoming calls for proposals and give you tips on how to apply.
• We accompany you from the initial project idea to the submission of your application.
• On request, we give you professional feedback on your draft proposals – from the first idea to the final submission
• With our newsletter we inform you about calls for proposals, current developments in European research funding and research policies in the field of health and about events.
• We provide counselling and coaching for strategic positioning on Horizon Europe.
• In addition to our diverse range of events such as information events on Horizon Europe, we provide target group or sector-specific workshops and strategy seminars, we are also available as speakers for your own events.
• We also provide some supporting tools / documents for applicants to improve their understanding of the application and partner search processes. The toolkits will consist of, for example, templates, factsheets and online tutorials and are accessible through our website.
